- In 1993, Sue and Debbie founded Paragon Solutions Inc.,
a premiere consulting organization and certified Oracle partner.
The organization grew to 33 employees and over $5M in annual sales
before being sold to The Summit Group in early 1999. Debbie served
as the first woman Vice President/General Manager for The Summit
Group through 2000.
- In 1997, the women added a second company, OPSoft
Technologies, Inc. to market and sell Oracle Financial and
Manufacturing software. OPSoft was bought in June of 1999 by
Cerebellum Software. Sue served as Senior Vice President of
Sales for Cerebellum Software through 2001.
- In 2004, formed PS2 Engage, LLC to address the growing
needs of small businesses.
The principals have worked with clients in technology, retail,
industrials, energy, manufacturing, service, finance, healthcare,
publishing, non-profit and training industries.
